2700sqft? base? if the roof is 35%? 3650 sqft roof. 7% extra for ridges and other wasting, 39 square. cost $150-350 per square. If I do it for myself, $100 for materials, and $100 for labor. If you have someone with an overhead, $350 is reasonable price.
