請教房子title問題

最近看中一個銀行屋， 92 年build 的一片， 同期build 的同樣model的都寫著是4房3浴(living sqf is same) 唯有這間是寫的是2房3浴，進去檢查， 實際上也是4房3浴，問了listing agent, 他說title的records 是這樣寫的. 我的問題是如果我買了這個房子， 我怎樣才能把它的title改成4房3浴呢？謝謝！
