When you use turbo tax for rental property, calculating the Assets/ Depreciation
 

It asks:

 

Land Value Explain This

Improvement Value (Includes buildings, structures, fences, decks, etc.)

 

When I went to assessor's website and put my rental property PIN there, it has:

 Assessed Valuation

2011
Assessor Certified
Assessment

2010
Board of Review
Certified

Land Assessed Value

816

Building Assessed Value

23,542

 

 

Property Characteristics

Which number should I fill into my turbo tax here for Land Value/Improvement Value? This is one of my rental properties which reside in the other state.  I haven't received any mails from the local assessor's office for a while.
