here is how you want to do it.
1. if the ground already divided, tell the bank you are selling part of the ground, if its not been divided, you need to hire an attorney to separate the parcel in two.
2. send the bank a request, you need a partial release.
3. to bank, you are a nobody, just a number in the file, they have no idea how your house look, or how the ground is set, whether its water view or not.
4. the bank will need a local realtor summit a comparable market analysis, on the partial you selling.
5. usually you need to pay the bank whatever the realtor come up with to release it.
6. so if you know the realtor well..............

8. now you just fxck the bank up...lol
