惡房客得到了應有的下場， 大快人心！

感謝投壇各位朋友的幫助和鼓勵，今天向大家通報一下打官司的結局. 由於她沒法提供關於暖氣需要修理的書麵的通知，CASE IS DISMISSED。所以，我就用她的押金來彌補我的房租損失， 而且還有多餘呢。
