Very clean people. They told me that people from eastern Europe are most like that. They kept the house and yard much better than me. Always paid on time.
The only "problem" I had with them: The grandma in Bulgaria was dying so they had to terminate the lease early to go back. I let them walk without any penalty and they cooperated in showing the property so I found a new tenant on time with $95 raise in rent. So it appears that I even gained from their "problem".
My landlord friend told me that European imigrant tenants are best. They don't want to make any legal trouble.
