在大島hilo附近買個vacation bungalow

好不好？

在volcano village.
這幾天知道有個人要賣。
雖然沒什麽子彈了，但好動心。正在和seller打聽。
這個月4／1，下個月1／2租出去了。
現在$135/晚。還不知賣價。

對那邊和這個business model有經驗的朋友，
能不能指導一下古石？

真想給自己找些理由定期把自己unplug一下，去夏威夷逛逛。
租不出去時自己住，供投壇的大佬們住。
