投資（玩）股票還是當地主？

If one does DCA buying SPY, he should be at least in par with the market.

If one purchases properties at reasonable prices and does not leverage too much, he should be building up his real estate empire slowly but surely.

Of course, one can lose his shirt if ...in stock market or in real estate market.

I have a little bit of both act conservatively in both.
