看花--房子要賣了，最舍不得的事這株牡丹。

3月23日買進，$232000($211000 contract price + 22000 assignement fee). 換地毯，刷漆，修水龍頭，換馬桶蓋，剪草，花了六千塊。

昨天上市，要價$299900。今天收到三個合約。遠高於要價。

又一次證明，買價低時關鍵。因此才能趕快賣掉。
