2nd. home or an investment property?

TITLE COMPANY問新買的房子是2nd. home or an investment property？說是要給正確的TITLE POLICY。本人傾向於先出租，等現有的房子賣了再住新買的，但不清楚這兩之間的TITLE POLICY有什麽差別。請這裏的有經驗的朋友幫忙分析分析。謝謝！
