關於西部的房市

各大城市inventory都巨降，大部分都不到去年同期的50%，有些城市已經不到30%，連經濟不被看好的Las Vegas都出現了很強的下降勢頭。 久久期待的shadow inventory始終沒有到來。 各位地主們怎麽看待？
