房價起飛的征兆

當以下兩種情況成為普遍現象，就說明房價已經開始上升了。

1. Multiple offers is becoming a common trend

2. Appraised value is lower than contract price

最近矽穀就有這種趨勢。目前還不好判斷是否因為季節原因造成的（每年春夏熱，秋冬冷），但是房市在熱絡是肯定的。據俺判斷，房價再大幅下跌的可能性已經很小。要買的抓緊吧。其他地區俺不知道。
