請教, buyer agent commission. 急！謝謝!

我有buyer agent。 有天自己去看open house, 和那裏的agent聊了聊，她提出帶我去看附近另一個房。沒多想就去看了。 那房我已跟自己的agent看過。 巧的事，也讓我頭疼的事是：兩次看後，我很喜歡。我出了offer 並被seller 接受。是我自己的agent 遞的offer。如果最後成交的話， 需要我付 buyer agent commission 給另一個agent 嗎（沒簽任何代理和同和第二個agent，但她有我的一些信息在open house時登記的）？
