買房 inspection出來了，請幫忙看

有漏水問題，見以下兩點。此外還有不少其他問題。請問修以下大概會多少錢啊。是否值得買。交了1000刀 押金。我是否應退出。2003年的townhouse，12萬，表麵看起來很好。檢查出來居然有不少問題

(1) Facing the front the siding is pulled loose on the upper main roof right wall. Even though the siding is on the wall of the adjacent unit it covers the roof flashing for this unit. Leakage could occur if not corrected.

(2) Along the front porch there is rust water stains at the soffit area where the fascia trim metal wraps under. It appears rain water is overflowing the back side of the gutter and behind the trim metal. Further investigation is needed to determine cause and correction.
