90股must be added to ur tax withholding

if it is not already included in your W-2 withholding - which is very typical.

I have E*Trade RSU operation. E*Trade didn't send this amount to my employer and have it appear on my W-2 as withholding. So you have to add it back yourself.

You can not deducted from your earnings. This is the withholding on the 200RSU award. Exactly the same as your regular pay handling.

Depending on your income bracket & other situations, your tax liability on the value of 200 RSU may be much lower than the value of 90 RSU. In that case, you'll get some money back (from the withholding amount).

It is very simple.
