I guess bad news to some people could be good news to others, and this is what we call 危機. It could very well be once in a life time opportunity for investment in rea estate - the best time to 混水摸魚!
We know that when the real estate market goes down, the rental biz will go up!
The key is that if you can buy properties at very low price(below/near construction cost for some foreclosure properties) and rent it out to generate cash over some period of time, the worst case and best case scenarios are very predictable! The risk and gain can be easily calculated! Of course, you will need to have the cash, vision and most importantly courage!
I certainly don't want my money sit in a bank and rot!
