I’m living in Torrey Highlands for more than ten years. It is good place to be. Poway school district is one of the best. I really like Westview High School. The big house price is still going down. Two short sale houses are in my neighborhood. The neighborhood park is a plus. Let me know if want to visit my neighborhood. I can show you around.
