大家都在談租房，有沒有人感興趣談談flip?

家有兩處小房在租，感覺挺操心的，另外，最近剛剛倒手了一房，抱了幾個月，毛賺3萬，其間親力親為，也費了不少精力跟體力。現在手上還有一海邊老房，拿不定主意要租還是要賣，租，不如白菜房劃算，賣，能賺2萬就不錯了，還得交稅，好在不用費太大力氣去修理。
