矽穀好學區房子升值快，是錯覺

本人97年低開始看房, 看過的房子今天回頭看。

1) Santa Clara Lafayette/鐵路邊, 靠近 SUN 今 Oracle, then $300K, Now $700K.
2) Sunnyvale 近 Central Express Way/Mathilda Condo. then $180K, Now $450K
3) Sunnyvale SFH 靠近 Lawrence/Homestead, then $380K Now $850K.


好學區如 Cupertino， 也就是翻一番。
