給出租房裝太陽能

對於許多白菜房，要想不盈利是很難的。盈利了又難免不被山姆大叔拿走三分之一。怎麽辦？

剛才路過鄰居家，正好他家在裝太陽能。5千瓦設備，花費兩萬，電力公司補助一萬，tax credit 30%, 實出7千，每月可省90元電費。這7千應該還可以算開支吧。
