應該退多少押金？

房客要搬出去， 提早一星期。(They gave 30 days notice, but move out in about three weeks)

房客住了一年零七個月。

請問可以扣除清掃廢用 和 清掃地毯的費用嗎 (cleaning for the whole house and carpet deep cleaning) 房客有一隻貓

另外可扣除一星期的房租嗎？ 新的房客也可能會早一點搬入
