If somebody has to live in that area for some reason, and the school is the best there, then it's the best school district in the local. It cannot be compared with other areas by score and it is sufficient when considering renting and future selling because there is needs in that local market.
I have good confidence on that area as if you see the crime reports (https://www.crimereports.com/), all the crimes sudden stops before it gets into that area (well, except 1 or 2 unavoidable).
Also, I have to point out that using people's background to tell whether they study or not may not be proper in this country.
