新地主問可不可以租

Single Family House asking $1650 / month.

Korean couple in their 40s with two daughters, 10 yr and 14 yr. Monthly income $5500. Credit score only 680 because they only lived in this country for three years. Their agent provided current apartment payment history, no late payment for all 14 months so far.

Anything else i need to check?
