弱弱問一句：2011年取消了每個人$400的退稅嗎？

2009和2010年度報稅時都有每人$400的退稅額，現在報2011年稅時發現沒有這個退稅了，但也沒聽到新聞消息說取消。去IRS網站查半天查不出個所以然，隻好來請教一下，是否我遺漏了啥消息？問題比較弱，大家別拍磚，哈哈，謝謝！
