理論家們，算算這個例子的cashflow（供大家消遣）

2007 condo，買價$12,000, 裝修2000， 租金600/month，HOA 185/month，Tax 45/month. 從銀行貸出9萬(line of credit),interested $225/month。

貸出的9萬，又買了三個condo，positive cashflow 大概 1200/month。 what is my return, what my npv at 2012.
