啥叫會算?

 

which plays more important role in RE investment, + cash flow or appreciation?  

1999年,8% interest rate,俺算了又算, 還是入不敷出,越算越哆嗦,放棄了,結果呢? 房價升啦3倍,腸子悔青! who cares cash flow when his investing gets tripled???!!!!

相反,2005年購房,再怎麽正金流,它還是水深火熱吧? 所以, 要算就算買賣時機。
