有人知道industrial real estate realtor 和 residential realtor的擁金區別嗎

 

他們的擁金大概是多少？我知道residential realtor是到2%-3% for both seller agent and buyer agent.

 

有個潛在的租客是industrial realtor的，他的 tenant representation transaction volumne 是16 Million square feet.

 

他會是一個好租戶嗎？
