前景很好啦。But it is really hot right now. You cannot find any houses or condos (except really bad one or over-priced). If it is on the MLS listing, it will be gone in one week. Three weeks ago, I helped one client to buy a ss condo, they paid the full price (the price was approved by banks before). The seller approved it in second day. The ss negotiator told me she did not get a word from banks for three weeks. What can you do? Just wait and wish for good luck. Another ss condo is asking for 220K, another client want to buy it at 200K with cash, I called the list agent. He told me “do not bother it, you need to look at the list price, we already got four offers”. 注意什麽呢? Right now, you compete it with other buyers. More investors want to buy house now. I got a call from an agent and a letter from an agent to ask me if I want to sell my houses near 大學城 and get a quick profit for 50K to 60K. Do I want to sell it? No. It is a little bit late, but it is not too late to buy house or condo near 大學城. The cash flow is dropped from near 30% to 10-15% now.
