Townhouse Inspection

可以不做嗎?SFH因為有獨立牆和屋頂,需要檢查.HOA 已經包了外牆和屋頂.短賣房AS IS.看房子的時候裏麵也沒有人住,都搬走了.我們看了就一些髒的牆,門和地毯之類的問題,可以自己幹,就想省了這筆開銷.地主門看有什麽問題嗎?謝謝
