Two of my friends and I plan to form a LLC for real estate investment, could be flipping, or buy and rent. One of these two friends owns a business to fix house. What's the best way to run the biz? Should count this friend's fixing as his input? Or three of us input equal amount of money, then the LLC pays him for fixing?
