condo question

我們有在兩年內歸國的打算，現在租房要每月1200。是不是應該買個康鬥先住著。不知道將來要雇人管理容易嗎？先有一康鬥，要價150000，HOA400/月。稅1500/年。算下來每月和我租房的房租差不多。將來出租也1200/月。大家說值得買嗎？謝謝了！
