大家給建議建議。看中一個房子￥420，000，我們很想買。但我們現住房租出去

能租1500到1600.我們現住房的房貸加保險加home owner assciation是2100.所以有500到600的差額。從我們的收入，我們能付起2個房貸。但我們不知這麽做值嗎？從稅的角度上看，非常希望大家給看看，我們非常想買這個房子。但考慮到如租了現住房，每月填500 -- 600.心裏總覺不是滋味。我們沒有很多現金往現住房放。感謝大家回複！！！
