不好意思，這是typical agent's talk。我在一好區看到一好房

The asking price was 470k. I called the listing agent, I said it would make sense for me if it is 400k. He said immediately "impossible!".

I said fine then hung up.

He called me two week later, 'I am about to reduce the price, just want to let you know first'. I said thx and didnt bother to check the updated listing.

Two more weeks later he called me again and said he price will be reduced again.

I might take a look now ......

巿場上房子很多，很多stressed home owners. I feel sorry for them.
