大華府白菜房有多熱

近幾天發生的兩個Cases:

有一白菜房昨天上市，今天就漲了一萬。Agent打電話問對方Agent，答複是不用再看啦，Offers太多了。連passcode都不給我的Agent了。

另一個case是：Agent打電話給對方Agent不接電話，留言兩天沒回複。後來對方Agent回郵件說：已有兩個Offers。不加兩萬不考慮。

看來在華府地區，白菜價眼下很難再買到白菜房了。
