最近一個房客三番五次來e-mail，一會兒說空調不work；我說去修，他又說好了。過一天又說空調又有問題，再一天又說沒問題了。昨晚他又再次說空調有問題，我說我lg今天下午會他家查看，結果今天早上他又E-MAIL說：It's working for now anyway and I hate to have your hu*****and come down here for nothing. It seems to work better the lower the temp set. In other words if I leave it at 65degree, it will maintain. But if I set it at 72degree, it will wait until its 80 before it kicks on again. I still don't like having to run it that cold so I'd like someone to look at it soon.
我們現在白天室外溫度大約80度，晚上才50度。我想家內溫度怎麽也不會超過80度。感覺空調挺奇怪的。大家覺得空調會有這樣的問題嗎？
這個房客一向按時交租，應該算是好房客。。。。
