請教: 在NJ 買SHORT SALE, GOOD FAITH DEPOSITE的問題.

listing agent 要我們把OFFER和這筆good faith deposite 1000元一同交上, 可銀行還沒同意怎麽就要給這筆錢了? 正常嗎?

因為我在別州買時這錢是銀行同意才交的.

是不是交上他們就不能接受別的OFFER?
