we put a offer for short sale 10 days ago, my agent called me 2 days ago said the bank accept the offer and today she called me again said we are already in escrow and we have 15 days to withdraw otherwise we need close wiithin 43 days, the problem is we did not see any documents yet, should we get contract or we just use the offer letter as the contract?
second question we want to know how much is the lien shortage including property tax and HOA, my agent always said there is no tax and lien shortage and she does not want give us any info in written she said she already checked it for us so put it in written is not nessary, is this normal?
third question, how soon we see the hud-1 and seller disclosurment about the house and lien?
forth question, the listing agent current live in that house, she is not the ownor, neither the tenent,, is this will be problem?
