請各位地主看一下，這個potential tenant 怎樣？

租房是3／2 with月租$2550。

這個是family of 5, 但是最大的孩子已自己住，所以in effect, it's a family of four. The middle one is about 20 years old and the youngest one is only 1.

父母都在同一家公司工作十幾年了。兩個人的收入加起來有$100K.

在現在的租房已經住了五年多。月租$2300。要搬走是因為房東要賣房。這個房東是遠距離的，在另一個城巿。

問題是他們有一隻貓，隻在室內的。不是很淸楚貓的破壞性一般有多大。

現在的房東對貓沒有問題。

女的credit score close to 800.

請大家看一看。
