To all the gurus here, please help!
Recently I just bought an investment house, the closing date is 3/23/12. The house is $140K.
I have a 25/75 loan in process. My loan agent is not sure if the money can be funded to escrow by then.
My question is: Can I fund the escrow by wiring my own cash to help close the deal on 3/23/12. And when the loan is also funded to Escrow (probably couple of days late), the escrow will then refund the cash balance to me.
Is this solution feasible?
Or is there a better solution?
