昨天看到有位同學出租屋被房客燒了, 在這裏尋求幫助. 這個間題我一直也沒搞明白,那位老兄可否向我解釋解釋?

假設我用現金5萬美元市價買了一套1500 平方尺的1980年造的獨立屋,買了房屋保險(包括火險)後,某日意外被大火燒光了.不能住要重建.

 

問題是:

1 保險公司是隻賠市價5萬還是按現在造價15萬(1500sf x$100假設每平方尺房子造價)賠? 或者按1980年當時的造價賠?

2 賠款是否會減去地價(地皮燒不壞)?

3 保險公司是否要幫你重建?或者隻賠錢你自己找人重建?

4 賠完錢給你後,假設你不想重建,那地皮屬誰所有?
