昨晚給了offer on SFH 在加洲(only on Market 1 day,since all of us like it very much, we just moved in CA) and the seller is going to have open house this afternoon,which our agent is trying to prevent this happen....
Our offer is less $4000 than the listing price, but the seller counted back asking for closing on April and they will rent -back for free and move out in June.
How can we have ourselves fully protected in the contract?And have nothing to worry about in the future?
