大師們救急！出租房昨晚發生火災！

大師們救急！我們的出租房昨晚發生火災！火是從廚房燒起來的，消防隊來撲滅的，我們今天早晨得知，去看了現場，報了insurance company, adjuster 要周一才能來。估計修理要 $20k+。
我的問題是，周一以前我們可以換鎖嗎？擔心tenant 不願出錢另找住處而留在房子裏，萬一再有什麽意外。另外我們還該做些什麽？盼解答，謝謝！
