Do not settle it if it is not vacant

Though, if the deal is really sweet and you want to run the risk, it is different.

I did it all the time, but do not recommend you do it.

 

1. Home inspection now, then walk through right before settlement.

2. Pay what money? The full price? No. Wait till the renter moves out to settle the deal.

3. See 2. If you really want to do it, then eviction. Or cash for key.
