君子愛財，取之有道

昨晚一房客開著一輛似是新車送來租金（他本來隻有一輛卡車）。見到我後急不可耐地說＂想不想看看我的二手新車？＂哦，不錯：真皮、天窗、Cruise control, ABS,DVD、whatever該有的不該有的都有了！他說：＂我隻花了$400! 但我至少可以賣到$5000＂。他有$37/小時的工作，按理說不會去買$400一輛的車，但這位房客所說的是真的。這麽好的deal,令我這地主無地自容！
