You mean an open house? You can edit your MLS listing to advertise your open house there and also advertise in craigslist, etc. Put signs, lots of signs, on road side.

* how to get the lock

Rent one from a realtor.

* how to handle the phone calls. Don't want to get too many phone calls to disturb my normal work.

Are you sure? If I am selling a house, the more phone calls the better.
