short sale 的房主能指定把房子買給他的好朋友嗎?

剛offer了一個short sale, 房主也是中國人.我的full price offer是第一個被接受的,我在合同上簽了字,連定金都收了,就等房主簽字了. 可第二天realtor說, 房主有一個好朋友也想買, 房主想買給他的好朋友. 他的朋友的offer比我的晚了3個小時, 也是full price offer. 現在我覺得很鬱悶, 各位有什麽建議嗎? 謝謝!
