A couple days ago, a person asks about a property investment in Montgomery County, Maryland. Is $350K for a townhouse worth it?


I live in Montgomery County, Maryland many years and am very familiar with the area. I don’t think it is a good investment since


1.      The price of the house for investment is high ($350K)


2.      It can’t generate a positive cash flow.


3.      Based on what he says, it is not even in top school district


 Now, In Montgomery county, you can still find some deals, the properties around $200K in a good school district , which are close to major highways and easy to rent. The most important of it is to bring you some positive cash flow.
