A couple days ago, a person asks about a property investment in Montgomery County, Maryland. Is $350K for a townhouse worth it?
I live in Montgomery County, Maryland many years and am very familiar with the area. I don’t think it is a good investment since
1. The price of the house for investment is high ($350K)
2. It can’t generate a positive cash flow.
