什麽時候簽lease和給鑰匙？

房客4/1 lease開始，應該什麽時候簽lease？我想要租客現在簽好字，付押金之類，到時4/1再給她鑰匙，這樣大家要跑兩趟。租客好像希望3/30簽字拿鑰匙，一次完成。我不希望等到最後簽，然後租客變卦，耽誤我時間造成經濟損失。一般程序是什麽？謝謝！
