1。wax ring loose, plus an overflow--> replace wax ring and bolts, downstair ceiling needs mud and paint, floor buckled, may need replacement of some plywood, probably need to pour leveler and retile.

2. Corroded drain pipe from tub between 1st floor ceiling and 2nd floor. Soaked ceiling tiles. Need cut iron pipe, put in pvc, fix ceiling, caulk and paint.

3. This is crazy. A sink faucet manifold leaks to the back side of sink, and little bit of water follows the back side of the sink, and follows the supply line into the space between 1st and 2nd floor undetected for a number of days until the weight of water made it's way like a downpour into the kitchen underneath. Need new faucet, wait till the water drys out, mud and paint 1st floor ceiling.
