出租房離家比較遠，雇鄰居開門，給人看房子怎麽樣？什麽價錢好呢？謝謝

我的出租房離家比較遠，大概要30分鍾的車程。想讓一個鄰居給感興趣的客人開門看房子。 我也不認識這家人，是聽另外一個鄰居介紹的。是一個退休的美國老人。 她說可以，還沒有談價錢。

想請教這樣做怎麽樣？要怎麽給她付錢？是按小時付費呢，還是按per showing付費？還是flat fee?付多少好呢？
